The furnaces model "FR" are constructed with a tubular frame and panels with openings to facilitate ventilation. The tubular system has been adopted to facilitate the general maintenance of the oven. The heating mitten is composed of refractory plates covered by resistance specifically sized for these furnaces, the insulation system is determined by plywood panels with high thermal characteristics. The heating chamber, designed with a steel having excellent mechanical heat resistance, it can withstand continuous variations of temperature even sensitive and with sudden temperature jump. The cooling room and the water tank, made in special steel too, they are further coated with a protective enamel. On inward and outward of the heating chamber are applied some nozzles for the injection of the protective gas, which can be operated simultaneously or individually depending on customer needs. Burners (LPG / CNG) are placed on the entrance of the heating chamber and the exit of the cooling chamber. The palette for all parts positioning is built inside the chamber and it's made in special steel, so can safely be left with heating the material. When the material has just spent the annealing time will be sufficient to push the blade and decide whether to leave it inside of the cooling chamber to stabilize it or just empty the water tank for a better temper. The cooling chamber is not a simple folded sheet: it is formed by a cavity where the water goes to a predetermined pressure with a gearbox. The oven can be supplied on request with an ammonia cracker from 3.5 m³ system for the recovery of the treated material by rapid cooling tank. It can be done by manual lifting of the drum or by a pneumatic system (optional).
This range of lost wax casting machines is used to melt small amounts of metal, like 1 or 2 kg.
The user interface consists of a soft keyboard with numeric displays.
The procedure used and the various stages are operated manually by the operator using the controls on the main panel.
The aluminum casting chamber, fully water-cooled, it's sealed to protect the molten metal from oxidation by argon gas or nitrogen.
In the casting chamber can be used both cylinders with or without flange or flange, or the brackets for wire, tube or plate production.
As option it can be applied a granulator for granules production.
