FN The furnaces model "FN" are constructed with a tubular frame and panels with openings to facilitate ventilation. The tubular system has been adopted to facilitate the general maintenance of the oven. It's possible on larger models to split into several parts for easy transportation. The heating mitten is composed of refractory plates covered by resistance specifically sized for these furnaces, the insulation system is determined by plywood panels with high thermal characteristics. The heating chamber, designed with a steel having excellent mechanical heat resistance, it can withstand continuous variations of temperature even sensitive and with sudden temperature jump. It was further reinforced with corrugated reinforcements on all sides. (Patent Opdel) To prevent wear and tear of the heating room caused by the scrolling belt, they were placed inside some stainless steel support. (Opdel Patent) The cooling chamber is made of special steel and cooled with a circulating water whose temperature can be read with a special thermometer. The union between the two chambers is made with a flange on which there is a hole where it'll be inlet the protective mixture. The direction of the mixture is made by a knob while adjusting the amount through a special flow meter. Burners (LPG / CNG) are placed on the entrance of the heating chamber and the exit of the cooling chamber. They are coupled to an electrode detector / flame lighter and a specially designed stainless steel chimney, preventing the extinction of the protective gas flame which ensuring proper deoxidation of the pieces. The conveyor belt is rolled inside the heating chamber through a drive system that regulates his speed and tension: the belt can be a plate, coarse and thick. Through a programmable controller you can set the start time of heating, a minimum temperature for the injection of gas flux, the speed of the belt, the automatic shutdown etc. The oven can be supplied on request with an ammonia cracker with 3.5 m³ capacity or with a hydrogen / nitrogen mixer.
