Description
These machines are used to dry or wet tumbling of small metal parts, eyewear, costume jewelry and precious objects. Depending upon the various abrasive inserts employed, these machines in some cases can be used for grinding, smoothing and polishing. metalic frame (to sit the equipment on the ground), cylindrical (removeable) tank made of noise-proof and wear-proof synthetic material (polyurethane) are the characteristics of these machines.
Specification: The objects to be tumbled are inserted in the tank along with synthetic or metallic inserts (for dry tumbling) and any necessary liquids (for wet tumbling). The objects are tumbled through a vibrating helicoidally movement.
These machines are in two mode of single phase and two pahses and can be equiped with the system of vibratin value controler on request.
